Full Family Golf - $1,085.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Full Family Membership shall be required of each member with spouse or dependents desiring use of all club facilities.

Armed Forces/Clergy (Linn County) - $720.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Full family membership desiring to use all the club facilities for full time members of the Armed Forces of the United States. Proof required.

Single Golf - $720.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Shall be available to any single person desiring use of all club facilities.

Full Family Social - $670.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Shall be available to any family desiring use of all club facilities EXCEPT golf course. Access to the golf course shall be permitted only by payment of dues equal to FULL FAMILY and payment of green fees shall not be permitted.

Reciprocal Membership - $485.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Shall be eligible for individuals living outside Brookfield School District which are in good standing with a Country Club within thirty-five miles (35) of the Brookfield Country Club.

Single Social - $445.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Shall be available to any single person desiring use of all club facilities EXCEPT golf. Access to the golf course shall be permitted only by payment of dues equal to SINGLE GOLF membership and payment of green fees shall not be permitted.

Non-resident (outside 35 miles from the BCC - $400.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Shall be available to any individual or family residing beyond thirty-five (35) miles from the Brookfield Country Club. Shall permit access to all club facilities.

Lake and Pro Shop - $225.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Shall be eligible for individuals and shall permit access to the Lake for boating purposes and access to Pro Shop services.

Junior Membership - $175.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Available for youth age 14-18 as of November 1st of that membership season. Thall permit access to the golf course during weekdays and pool access.
